Shared SMS / TXT Short Code with Keywords
A "Shared Short Code" means you'll be sharing a Short Code (875 and 8323) with other SMS4U customers. This is very standard practice in the mobile industry and allows customers with a limited budget to use such a service.
Each customer is set apart by a keyword that must be included at the beginning of each message.
You will be leasing one or more dedicated keywords on our 875 and 8323 Shared Short Code, please ask us for keyword availability before you apply.
It could take up to 2 working days to setup a new keyword. There is a cost for message senders to send SMS / TXT messages to Short Code (875 and 8323). It will cost them 20c per message.
There is a set up fee and monhtly fees for individual dedicated keywords.
All SMS4U Shared Short Code with dedicated Keywords are supplied with a free automated reply message.
